Pacific Dunes 13
Pacific Dunes was likely my top course at Bandon and the Par 4 13th was such a blast to play!! I’ll never forget seeing this spot looking over the 12th green at what was a mountain of a sand dune in the distance. Then I sliced (of course) my drive into the gorse along the right side of the fairway. It was just one of those rounds though, and my ball hit the base of a gorse trunk and kicked out into the fairway. Fortune favored me that day and I shot my lowest round of the trip on Pacific Dunes. Maybe that’s why it’s my favorite.
